Cancellation and refund charges
- Cancellation made 4 hours before the duty reporting time: Nil, {after that, the Minimum slab Will be charged (for Delhi NCR ONLY)
- Cancellation made 12 hours before the duty reporting time: Nil, {after that, the Minimum slab Will be charged (For Other State Only).
- The cost for fix route is fix for 22 days in a month (5 days in a week), in case of any route discontinue before 15th of the month, the cost will be charge for half month and if route discontinue after 16th onwards, the cost will be charge for full month.
- The advance booking payments of any vehicles will not be refunded.
